Dr. Frank graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2003. Upon completeing an internship at the Baltimore Veterans Administration Hospital, Dr. Frank completed a residency at Omni Eye Specialists. She has presented on glaucoma and retinal topics at national optometric conferences and has been published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Optometry.
