Dr. Edward Wasloski (left) receives the Optometrist of the Year Award from the Maryland Optometric Association presented by Drs. Paul Brant and Elliott Klonsky. The "Three Amigos" (affectionately named by their peers) were responsible for obtaining the new therapeutic laws (TPA) for eye doctors in the state.
